If your goals aren’t actionable and sustainable then, like – it’s not gonna happen. Right? Manifestation isn’t gonna come through. You’re over co-creating. You’re trying to control the co-creation or you’re not participating in the co-creation enough.

★ THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BUSINESS & STRATEGY ★

If you’ve been listening lately to our podcast, Magical Realness, then you know I’m on a kick of breaking up words that we think are synonymous and reestablishing their definitions. Like, comparison, perfection, consistency.

And ever since I’ve started working in the world of strategy, I’ve found that not a lot of us know the key difference between business and strategy. If that’s something you can identify with, no sweat – I’m gonna break it down for you. ????

A BUSINESS is a set of modalities offered as a service or product in exchange for money. Think of business as the vessel that carries your day-to-day actions with compartments that store your goals, visions, and aspirations.

A STRATEGY is an action plan on how you’re going to accomplish your business goals. Strategy can be thought of as the pathway your business walks along to reach new heights.

Essentially, a business is the ‘what’ and a strategy is the ‘how’.

SHOULD YOU FOCUS ON YOUR BUSINESS MODEL OR BUSINESS STRATEGY?

Now, usually, when individuals use the terms ‘business’ and ‘strategy’ within casual or quick conversations, what they are actually referring to are business modals and business strategies. And because they are so fluid with each other – being the what and the how – that’s why they can eventually become synonymous in certain circles of thought. Since we want to be particular in the language that we are using and expressing our needs, let’s break these two words down and show how they are actually aren’t synonymous, but perpendicular.

A business model is a structure of business operations – looking into client processes, marketing, finances, production, etc, etc.

A business strategy is the action plan of implementing the business model, or a broken down approach to a goal within your business trajectory.

When tackling your intuitive business goals, you’ll want to make sure you have clarity in what you’re business is creating and how you are taking action – which is why getting specific with your business model and business strategy is so important.

STRATEGY IS THE ART OF SYMPATICO IN THE WORLD OF INTUITIVE BUSINESS

In case you’re new here, let’s start with defining the art of sympatico – our North Star at Blithe Mitrals. The art of sympatico is the energetic transference between yourself and your self-defined community. It’s intentional magic where the energy in me flows through you and the energy in you flows through me. We believe the art of sympatico is the practice that leads to your version of a wholesome, fruitful, and worthwhile life. So, yeah, we’re hella passionate about it.

Now, how can strategy be the art of sympatico when it comes to intuitive business? Great question. And I can answer it quickly. Strategy – obvi – is applied, practiced, and approached in various different ways. But when looking at how it is implemented specifically in intuitive business – conscious and heart-based entrepreneurship that flows with intuition and spiritual mindsets – strategy is the intention of how you plan on not only co-creating with Source, but also with your community. Sounds just like the art of sympatico, doesn’t it?

Which is how I took the leap to begin doing strategy in the first place. When I began to realize this, it radically changed the way I created strategies for Blithe Mitrals and for my personal ambitions. It also allowed me to begin using my psychic abilities while working with my clients as we explored their aligned form of strategy. Which is funny, because it turns out I was already doing that. I just hadn’t given myself permission. Now that I’ve shifted my mindset and have seen the connection, my intuition comes through stronger, bolder, and more potent when working with my clients. The art of sympatico is a gift, and I hope this encourages you to try it if you haven’t taken the leap yet.
