ALIGNED STRATEGY

Essentially, a strategy is a plan for accomplishing a certain scope of goals. But that simplicity has unnecessarily become incredibly complicated over time.

For so many of us, we’ve been marketed at, semi-manipulated, and told time and time again that if we want a life-changing outcome, then we must follow the current “proven method” in front of us. Which is tiring, to say the least.

And the way we see it? Yeah, we’re calling bullshit. And we’re gonna take a lucky guess and say that you are, too.

Look, we’re not declaring that proven methods are nothing more than a fantasy. They totally exist. They just aren’t going to work for anyone and everyone that comes across them. And that’s where we have an issue. Because we’re constantly told that it will. Then, after we’ve had our new sense of hope come crashing down because the proven method didn’t work for us – that just hurts, right? – they make you feel like you’re the problem and that you did something wrong. Which couldn’t be farther from the truth.

When something like that doesn’t work, it’s simply because it wasn’t in your alignment and created with your own unique needs and circumstances in mind. That’s why we’re passionate about bringing our alignment into our business strategy, which then leads us to the beauty and marvel of inspired action.

We’ve got a jumbo-sized vote for the separation between church and state, but we believe firmly in the union of spirituality and business. Pursuing what’s aligned for you instead of the noise and the crowd will absolutely bring you those massive results you desire. We see it happen everyday.

A WILLINGNESS TO FAIL

Perfectionism is something that will hold you back from becoming the person you are becoming – every time. When you aim for perfection, you’re working towards complete control over what you’re creating – which does nothing but suffocate co-creation and inspired action.

And that desire for complete control? It’s a clear sign that you hold a sense of fear for failure somewhere within you. Those are the hard cookies to swallow, but if it brings you comfort, we also get scared to fail – more often than you’d think.

Now, in fairness, to be scared of failure does not necessarily mean that you are unwilling to fail. But it can make it harder to get back up when failure will inevitably happen.

You’ve probably heard the cliché that failures are opportunities. And, as lame as it is, we very much align with that mindset. Specifically, we look at failure as the signal to pivot and dive deeper into our alignment. That act of pivoting and leaning in can look different for loads of people. The key is not to compare or pressure yourself into something you’re not. We always recommend space and breath for reflection, exploration, and clarity of mind.

The reality is, you’ll have to pivot over and over again until you find your sweet spot – until you find what’s truly in alignment for you. And when you think about it, it’s easy to see that as much as we get wrapped up in our destination, it’s actually the journey itself that matters most.

The journey, the failures – they are what will make you you, and give you wisdom beyond imagination that leads you to the dream life you’ve always wanted – to become the person you are becoming.

THE STRENGTH TO GET BACK UP AGAIN

In order to find the strength within, you must first know, accept, and love yourself. This is an established known, obvi. But here’s what other leaders won’t tell you – it’s not absolute. Only understanding and embracing parts of who you are is required in order to step into the person you are becoming.

To appreciate and adore all of what makes you you is a long and lengthy process. To say your desires aren’t accessible until you put in “all the work” is gatekeeping. And we’re not about it.

You shouldn’t have to pay up the wazoo for coaches, mentors, and specialist service providers in order to get your shot at living the big life.

Now, don’t get us wrong – of course these things help. But it isn’t all or nothing. Investments can look like so many different kinds of contribution than money. The decision on how you invest in your future comes down to alignment and readiness. There is no right or wrong. In the end, it doesn’t matter whether you got there in three months or three years. It’s about the journey and the person you became along the way.

This is why we love living through a non-linear perspective. Because then you get to channel all of you – who you are in the future, who you are in the past, and who you are right now. It makes time irrelevant – nothing more than a framing device.

And the liberation in that? The strength you need to get back up is always within you. All you have to do is step into the version of you that holds it and emit that strength forward into your reality.

Yeah – a little trippy, but if time is just a framing device, then whatever you need or desire is right there at your fingertips. The strength required is always accessible, no matter where you are in your self-love journey. And that’s our two – more like three – cents on the matter.
